The data provided by the User shall be presumed to be correct, and therefore, in the event that the User sends incorrect data, the Data Controller declines any responsibility in the event of the incorrect execution or non-execution of the shipment, as well as the incorrect fulfilment of the necessary administrative procedures.

In addition, information of any kind which is exchanged between the parties, which the parties agree is of a confidential nature, or which merely relates to the content of such information, is also confidential. Data visualisation through the Internet does not imply direct access to the same, except with the express consent of its owner on each particular occasion.

In compliance with the provisions of the current Personal Data Protection regulations, we inform you that photographs in which people appear are considered to be personal data. This communication informs you that photographs of persons may appear on this website for promotional purposes and that they have voluntarily agreed to this. If, in any case, a person appearing in them wishes for a photograph to be removed, please contact us and it will be removed as soon as possible. This is not be valid for people who have provided a service professionally.
